coast, then take an introductory aerotow tandem hang
gliding lesson at the Eastern Shore Hang Gliding Center. No
experience is necessary and all ages 4+ are able to enjoy this pure
form of flight.

Aerotowing
Aerotowing is the method by
which
we lift the glider to the desired altitude. There is no
climbing up a mountain and jumping off of a cliff! You are
securely strapped into your harness and you and your instructor are
towed aloft behind a specially designed aircraft (aerotug).
Aerotowing is a safe and enjoyable way to learn to fly hang
gliders.
Location
The
Eastern Shore Hang Gliding Center operates March through October on the
rural and scenic Eastern Shore of Virginia.
