Where are we?
The
Eastern Shore Hang Gliding Center is conveniently located just off of
Route 13 in Weirwood, VA. We are approximately 25 minutes
north of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel (CBBT) and 45 minutes south
of the Maryland border.

from the south
Take Route 13 from Virginia
Beach and travel across the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel
(CBBT). Once over the bridge continue north through for 24.2 miles.
Take a left on Route 617 (Bayford Road) and travel 1/2 mile
to the entrance for Campbell Field Airport on the left.
from the north
We are 45 minutes south of
the Maryland border. Take Route 13 south from Salisbury, MD.
After crossing the Virginia State line continue on Route 13
for 44 miles to Route 617, Bayford Road (5 miles south of the Exmore
McDonald's and 1.4 miles south of the Nassawadox traffic
signal). Take
a right on Route 617 (Bayford Road) and travel 1/2 mile to the entrance
for Campbell Field Airport on the left.
